THE LEADER of a Conservative think-tank has told Tory leadership candidates Rishi Sunak and Liz Truss they must trigger Article 16 and act unilaterally on the Northern Ireland Protocol if they became PM.

    And if they don't do the right thing which is to trigger Article 16 and deliver Brexit once and for all, my vote will be a protest one.
